How much is Family Tax Benefit in 2025-26?

FTB Part A max rates: $227.36/fortnight per child under 13 and $295.82/fortnight per child 13-19. Full rate applies under $66,722 family income, reducing by 20c per $1 above that; a $72.94/child base rate holds until $118,771. FTB Part B: $193.34/fortnight if youngest is under 5, $134.96 if 5-18. Worked example. Couple, combined income $60,000, two kids aged 4 and 10 → Part A is ~$454/fortnight + Part B ~$193/fortnight = ~$647/fortnight (~$16,830/year). At combined income $120,000, Part A drops to the base rate (~$146/ft) and Part B is lost (primary earner above $120,007 cutoff) → ~$146/fortnight.
